NEW: Rescuing Harley

It threw me for a loop when I realized my favourite author was releasing the newest addition to the Delta Force Heroes series. I fell in love hard after Rescuing Rayne and Rescuing Emily, and I couldn’t wait to see what would come next for the Delta team. And I wasn’t let down at all.

Rescuing Harley might just be one of my favourite novels from Susan Stoker, and that’s such a huge feat considering I’m such an avid fan of all of her books. It’s difficult not to fall for her strong, independent characters, her unique and exciting plots, and the hot and steamy sex scenes. Rescuing Harley had all of those elements, and even more.

The Southern Gentleman: True Consequences

Spoiler Free ARC Review

Is it getting hot in here, or is it just me?

I feel like this was my personal mantra the entire time I read The Southern Gentleman: True Consequences by Sweden Reese. And here I thought the first book was steamy, but it had nothing on the second one. There wasn’t a minute I was able to put the book down. Pretty certain I stayed locked up in my room the entire time. This is one book you do not want disruptions for. The thrill, the sexiness, the characters themselves, it was all just a wonderful read that I just didn’t want to end.

Spoiler Free ARC Review

I don’t think there was a moment that I wanted to stop reading this book. Nothing was able to distract me as I read page after page. The Southern Gentleman: Protective Instinct by Sweden Reese was just so exciting, so jaw dropping, that I cannot wait to read the second book. Be prepared for a gasp inducing cliffhanger, because it’s a pretty big one that will make your jaw drop to the floor. Possible freak outs may also occur.

NEW: The Edge of Dominance

Spoiler Free ARC Review

I can’t even begin to explain how excited I was to read this book. This entire series blew me away and with how the previous book ended, I knew we were in for a wild ride. And I was not disappointed at all. It felt like the perfect way for these characters to come together, facing another, and hopefully their last, hurdle and fight their way to happiness. It was beyond what I was expecting, and I’m almost sad when it ended. I started off this series feeling a certain way about these characters, and now I want to wrap them all up in blankets and keep them forever.

Every Little Kiss

(Image from Goodreads)

I was first drawn to Every Little Kiss by Susan Hatler due to the cover. It’s cute and held the promise of a great romance. The premise itself was great. Our main character, Wendy, returns home after a nine year absence, fleeing from the hurt and abandonment she had felt most of her life. But with the death of her grandmother and the stipulations in her will, she’s forced back to her little home town and tries to connect with her older brother as they battle with selling the family Inn. Toss in some classic friends and a hot, smouldering man, and you have a recipe for success.

NEW: Fire & Brimstone

I’ve been in love with the Neighbor From Hell series by R.L. Mathewson for so long now. I can’t even remember what drew me to read Playing for Keeps, but hardly more than a few chapters in and I was in love. I immediately bought the remaining books, patiently waited for Double Dare to be released, fell in love some more, and hated myself for not realizing until early this year that Christmas From Hell was already released. So the wait for the next in the series, Fire & Brimstone felt like an eternity. But so well worth the wait. This series just continues to blow all others out of the water and is easily one of my favourites.
